In compliance with Law No. 14,611/2023, we make available the Pay Transparency and Compensation Criteria Report, prepared by the Brazilian Ministry of Labor and Employment based on data from eSocial, RAIS, and the Emprega Brasil Portal.
It is important to note that the indicators presented in the Ministry of Labor’s report do not necessarily compare professionals holding the same position, hierarchical level, or area of expertise. The report reflects only a gender-based comparison: women versus men.
For this reason, factors such as the distribution of professionals across leadership positions, business areas, years of experience, and workforce composition may influence the results presented.
When analyzing the data by occupational groups, we observe that the differences are substantially smaller than those shown in the company’s overall indicators.
Within the two occupational groups with the highest representation at A5X, women earn the equivalent of:
These indicators provide a more accurate representation of comparisons between professionals in similar occupational groups and help explain the context behind the consolidated figures presented in the report. A5X continues to monitor the evolution of these indicators as part of its commitment to management practices focused on performance-based rewards, professional development, and equal opportunities.
The comparison reflects gender only: women versus men.
